My Agile journey began in 1999 as a Java developer at Menlo Innovations in Ann Arbor, Michigan, using XP (Extreme Programming). In 2004 I moved to Grand Rapids to work at Spectrum Health, an integrated health care company with over 23,000 employees. Currently, as the Agile Coach, I design and deliver internal training on Agile/Scrum for the enterprise, and coach our software development teams. I am a Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Scrum Product Owner, Certified Scrum Professional, D.A.D. Green Belt.
