Abstract: In this session, Brian will cover what technical debt is and what issues it causes for your teams and organization. He’ll then cover how you can identify and quantify it using metrics and analytics. Then he’ll look at ways that you can apply rigor and develop a plan to address your existing debt. He’ll show you with tooling how to analyze and adjust your development processes to repay the debt. Finally, he’ll provide guidance on how you can reduce the amount of debt your team takes on during development.
