Abstract: An Agile Talk on Agility is a highly interactive session where YOU bring the content. Industry experts Peter Provost and Mitch Lacey will use agile practices to field your questions (stories), turning them into a product backlog. Attendees (customers in the room) will prioritize the backlog and the sprint starts with your stories. We will do approximately six 10-minute sprints with a retrospective, a review and quick backlog grooming.
