I graduated from Penn State with a BS in Industrial Engineering and a Minor in Spanish. I've been at Capital One ever since! I started off as a Data/MIS Analyst in 2001, but have been performing as a process manager in Marketing Operations the past 4 years. The company has made a massive turn towards Agile, not only in Tech, but now in Ops! I've served as a Product Owner on a tech pod, as well as been a process manager of delivery team members in Direct Mail and Outbound Digital Acquisitions Marketing. Now, I'm leading a fairly new team of Agilists, getting great credit card offers and products out to our existing Upmarket cardholders!
