Matt is currently an Enterprise Transformation Architect within PayPals Agile Transformation Group. He has been leading process transformation efforts for over 15 years, currently leading efforts at PayPal across the Enterprise Agile space including Roadmap Planning, Release Planning and Defect Management. Matt comes from a deep Supply Chain and IT background having had Director level roles at Hewlett Packard and Genentech. He is a certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC) and is passionate about helping organizations to turning Chaos into Order.
